What if the seller doesn't deliver? +

Automatic refund via Stripe. If the deadline passes without every item delivered, or if you reject the same item twice, the deal refunds on its own. No forms, no reviewers. Rules run the deal.

Do buyers need to create an account? +

The payment link opens directly in any browser. No app downloads needed. Buyers create a quick account to track deliverables and accept each item.

Where is the money held? +

Through Stripe's Connect infrastructure. Funds are held securely by regulated financial institutions, never in our company bank accounts.

How fast are payouts? +

Once all items are accepted (or auto-accepted after 7 days of buyer silence), Stripe releases funds to the seller's bank. Usually within minutes to 2 business days.
